1. Conclusion of the accommodation contract

  • Basis: The basis of the offer and the booking is the description of the accommodation and the supplementary information in the booking basis.
  • Conclusion of contract: The contract is considered concluded as soon as the reservation has been confirmed (by email, via the website, or in writing). For online bookings, this becomes binding upon clicking the "book now" button and receiving the subsequent booking confirmation.
  • Right of withdrawal: Please note that there is no general right of withdrawal for accommodation contracts. The regulations regarding non-utilization of rental services apply.


2. Arrival and Departure

  • Arrival: Unless otherwise agreed, check-in is possible from 2:00 pm.
  • Late arrival: If you plan to arrive after 6:00 pm, please let us know so we can organize the key handover accordingly.
  • Departure: The accommodation must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. The day of arrival and the day of departure are counted as one day for billing purposes.


3. Cancellation and no-show

In the event of a cancellation, we will endeavor to re-let the apartment. Should this not be possible, the following rates apply to the claim for payment of the accommodation price (excluding tourist tax):

  • Cancellation up to 30 days before the start of the rental period: Cancellation is free of charge up to 30 days before the start of the rental period.
  • Cancellation after this deadline: In case of non-re-letting, 80% of the total price will be charged.
  • Early departure: In case of early departure, 100% of the agreed price will be charged.
  • Recommendation: We strongly recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

4. Payment and deposit

  • Deposit: Generally, no deposit is necessary, but we reserve the right to request a deposit of up to 20% of the total price of the stay after conclusion of the contract.
  • Payment: The full price of your stay is due on the day of arrival. Payment can be made in cash or by card; advance payment by bank transfer is also possible upon request.


5. Guest obligations and pets

  • Duty of care: The tenant agrees to treat the apartment and its contents with care. Any damage to the rental property that occurs during the tenancy must be compensated by the tenant.
  • Pets: Bringing and keeping pets is not permitted in our accommodations.
  • Reporting defects: Please inform us immediately of any defects or malfunctions that occur so that we can remedy the situation.


6. Choice of law and jurisdiction

  • German law applies exclusively.
  • The place of jurisdiction is the host's place of business.
